Insurance vs discount packages

Please note: Some packages are care network/assistance with discounts, not insurance with damage payment. We explicitly state this in the quote so you know what you're getting.

Coverage for veterinary costs

Reimbursement percentages and maximums differ per policy and module; sometimes only via network. We show limits and exclusions in IPID/conditions. Preventive care such as vaccinations may be included, depending on the chosen module.

Liability

Damage by the pet may fall under liability (RC); limits and exclusions differ per policy (sometimes via RC Familiar).

Network of veterinarians

Our network of qualified veterinarians throughout Portugal can provide access to professional care. Note that some policies only provide coverage within a specific network.
