TEKSOMA Holding Lda. is the brand owner of insuranceportugal.pt and provides administrative, marketing, and platform support. TEKSOMA is NOT a licensed insurance or credit intermediary.
Carlos Manuel Soares is a connected consultant (PDEADS) operating under DS SEGUROS who provides all regulated insurance and credit intermediation services.
DS SEGUROS is the licensed intermediary acting as the regulatory umbrella for all mediation activities.

A DS SEGUROS – GRUPO DS, national registered trademark under no. 650438, is owned by DECISÕES E SOLUÇÕES – INTERMEDIÁRIOS DE CRÉDITO, LDA, registered with the Portuguese Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority (ASF) as an Insurance Agent under no. 409311648/3, authorized for Life and Non-Life insurance branches, verifiable at https://www.asf.com.pt.

It is registered with Banco de Portugal as a Tied Credit Intermediary under no. 0000926, authorized to provide credit advisory and intermediation services (presentation and proposal of consumer credit contracts; pre-contractual assistance and credit process management).
